Physical Therapist Ocean County Full Time | Meridian Health | Wall, NJ
Meridian At Home has openings for Physical Therapists in our Ocean
County Office. Positions available are Full Time, Part Time, and Per
Diem.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for rendering professional
rehabilitation therapy to patients in their homes by evaluating,
developing and implementing individuals goals oriented therapy programs
in keeping with agency policies and procedures and external
organizations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
One year Physical Therapist experience required.
Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license and Cardiopulmonary
Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required.
